Men's vintage 1940's WWII BRENZIKOFER 17J men's military wristwatch, running well and keeping time!

We are delighted to offer this rare BRENCO WWII era military wristwatch in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition!

Manufactured in Switzerland in the 1940's by the renowned BRENZIKOFER WATCH COMPANY, the chrome plated brass case measures 30 mm / 1.18", excluding crown and lugs, surrounds a beautiful light parchment dial, complimented by black, once luminous but now dimmed, syringe hour and leaf minute hands, black central second hand, bold Arabic numbers, and black outer chapter, all under a clear crystal.

The case on this old soldier has seen some battles as shown in my highly magnified photos but it wears its wounds well at about 80 years old!

The 17 jewel Swiss movement, cal. MOU, sets and winds as it should, is running great, and keeping very good time.

It has a screw-down back and is matched with, a age appropriate 16 mm stainless steel flex bracelet which suits it well.
