Men's vintage 1940's Swiss Gotham gold 17 jewel dress wristwatch, running great!

If you remember America few decades ago, a simpler time in the world, you have an appreciation of the well-made, less-complicated, tools around us, and it brings back fond memories.

Manufactured in the 1940's in Switzerland this Gotham men's dress wristwatch is clearly an example of those times.

This one is a beauty, featuring a 10K rolled gold tonneau case that measures 28.0 mm X 28.8 mm / 1.10" X 1.13" , excluding crown and lugs.

The silver dial is in very good condition and is complimented by beautiful gold leaf hour and minute hands, raised gold Arabic numbers, black outer chapter, and sub-second dial at 6 o'clock, all under a bright, clear, crystal.

The 17 jewel, cal. EMMO, Swiss movement sets and winds as it should, is running great, and keeping very good time.

It has a snap-down back and is matched with, a new black, stitched, genuine leather 2 piece strap with gold buckle.
